All raw footage and project files will be stored for up to 1 month after project completion.
After 1 month, Edit Lobby will permanently delete all assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The first draft will typically be shared within 48–72 hours after receiving all footage and creative input.
If there are unforeseen delays (technical issues, missing assets, etc.), the Edit Lobby team will proactively update you.

Each project includes 2 rounds of free changes.
Revisions will be completed within 24–48 hours after feedback is received.

For one-off projects, all communication happens via email.
For bulk projects (10+ videos), real-time communication can happen via Slack or WhatsApp.
Feedback is expected within 3 business days of draft delivery. Delays in feedback may impact final delivery timelines and are subject to additional rush charges, if applicable.
