Click on “Create New Project” to get started. You’ll be asked to choose a project type:
Simple
Complex
Premium
Select the option that best matches your vision and scope. If you’re unsure, your Project Manager is always available to guide you.
The project brief is the most important step. The more detail you provide, the better the outcome.
You can save up to 2 drafts before final submission
Once submitted, your project officially enters production

Editor – Crafts your video
Quality Control Specialist – Ensures accuracy, quality, and polish
Your Project Manager oversees timelines and keeps everything on track. If we need clarification or assets, you’ll be notified immediately. Transparency is key - you’ll always know your project’s status.
Your first draft will be delivered within 48–72 hours of complete brief submission.

After reviewing the draft, you can:
Accept the Draft – Approve if you’re satisfied
Request Revisions – Leave detailed feedback directly in the panel
Each project includes up to 2 free revision rounds per video. Clear and specific feedback helps us deliver faster and more accurate revisions. You’ll be notified every time an updated version is ready.
Once you approve the final version:
The project is marked Completed
Your video is available for high-resolution download in the panel
All files remain accessible in your dashboard for up to 90 days.
